The preservatives we use depending on the product we made.

For water based products, we use broad-spectrum and natural preservatives. It can be combination of different preservatives used depending on the product. It is important to use preservatives in water containing product as it don't grow bacteria, fungus, yeast and mold. This is also to protect you.

For oil based product, we use antioxidant to prevent the product go rancidity.

Our products have a shelf life of 9-12mths if unopened. Use it 3-6 months if opened. Due to the natural characteristic in our formulation, they may be affected by exposure to natural elements.

Our products should ideally store in a cool and dry area. Avoid from exposing to direct sunlight and away from humidity. Close the cap properly when not in use.

If you are temporarily not using it, we recommend you to store in the refrigerator.

Yes, we use natural and/or certified organic botanical herbs oils and actives. Our products do not contain paraben, silicone, SLS.

Yes, we are vegan. In Keldren Beauty, we believe animal or animal by products should not be use in cosmetic. We do not test our ingredients on animals.

We do not use Silicones in all our products. In our Hair serum line, we use Hemisqualane which is made of GMO-free, sugar-based, ecologically green product that can provide a sustainable alternative to silicones in cosmetic formulations.

All our products are made of natural ingredients. We always recommend pregnant women to do a patch test before using the product. This is to ensure you are not sensitive to the product as you may be sensitive or recreation to certain ingredients without knowing it.

Our products are meant for cosmetic purposes and not for medical purposes. Our products are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. We advice customers that our products should be used accordance to our instructions on websites and products packaging. You should always check the ingredients of products to avoid potential allergic reactions. Do a patch test on your under arm or at the back of your leg and leave it for 24 hours to check for any reactions.

You may find that sometimes you receive the products may differ slightly in colour from the photo on our website. This is particularly in the case of natural cosmetics may differ slightly in fragrance, colour and texture. We do our best to make sure that our products are displayed our accurately.
